BUYER

The individual identified by the name and email address on your Cyduck account and the billing details you enter at checkout. These are your own declarations and you are responsible for their accuracy.

This agreement covers the sale, by electronic means, of a Cyduck Premium or Cyduck Family subscription delivered at dashboard.cyduck.com.

A subscription provides:

• regular checks of whether the email addresses, phone numbers and social accounts you add appear in known data breaches,
• a security score from 0 to 100 with concrete steps that raise it,
• a notification when a new breach affecting you is detected.

What each plan includes and the current price are shown again at checkout, before you pay.

Prices are charged in Turkish Lira, Euro or US Dollars; the currency that applies is shown on screen before payment. All amounts include VAT. No instalments; payment is taken as a single charge.

This table shows prices as of the effective date of this agreement. The price that applies to your order is the amount displayed and confirmed by you immediately before payment. There are no delivery, setup or other additional charges.

Payments are processed by iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Your card details never reach Cyduck servers; the card form is served by iyzico and 3D Secure verification is carried out by iyzico.

So that your subscription can renew automatically, your card is stored — with your explicit consent — in iyzico's card storage service. Cyduck sees only the last four digits, the card family and the keys iyzico generates. If you prefer not to store a card, you can simply buy the subscription again at the end of each period.

Billing details (name, city and Turkish ID number) are collected only because iyzico requires them for payment verification and because we are legally required to issue an invoice. The ID number is stored encrypted.

The subscription is activated on your account immediately once payment is approved. There is no physical delivery; the service is performed electronically and instantly.

If iyzico does not approve the payment, no subscription starts and no charge is taken. If you see a charge on your card but no active subscription, write to [email protected] — we will investigate and within seven days either activate the subscription or refund the payment.

Your subscription renews at the end of each period using your stored card, with your explicit consent. You give that consent at checkout and can withdraw it at any time from your dashboard.

Before each renewal we email you the renewal date, the amount to be charged and how to cancel. If you turn off automatic renewal, the service continues until the end of the period you have paid for and no further charge is taken.

Under the Subscription Contracts Regulation, we may not charge you for a service that continues without your explicit consent.

Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation excludes the right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in an electronic environment.

A Cyduck subscription becomes usable immediately after payment is approved, so it falls within that exception: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. This is shown to you at checkout, where you also consent to the service starting immediately.

Under Article 22 of the Subscription Contracts Regulation you may terminate an open-ended (monthly) or a fixed-term subscription of one year or longer (yearly) at any time, without giving a reason and without paying any penalty.

• How: in the dashboard, Subscription → End subscription, one click; or by writing to [email protected]. You do not need to call us, give a reason or fill in a form.
• When it takes effect: we act on a termination request within seven days at the latest.
• Refund: under Article 25(3) of the same Regulation we refund the amount corresponding to the unused part of the period within fifteen days of termination taking effect, to the payment method you used.

Refunds go back through iyzico to the card you paid with. How quickly your bank posts it is outside our control; it usually takes a few business days.

The refund is the part of what you paid that covers days you did not use:

Refund = Amount paid × (Days remaining ÷ Days in the period)

The day your termination request reaches us counts as used.

Amounts are rounded to the kuruş. Nothing is deducted — no processing fee, no penalty, no "usage charge".

If a renewal charge fails, your subscription does not close immediately. We email you and allow seven days, during which we try three more times.

If it still fails, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan. None of your data is deleted — the accounts you added, your scan history and your score history all remain; only paid features become unavailable.

Whether the subscription ends because you cancelled or because a payment failed, your data is not deleted. Your account returns to the free plan and you keep using it within the free plan's limits.

Deleting your data entirely is a separate request, which you can make at any time from the account-deletion step in the dashboard or by writing to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We may change subscription prices. A change never affects the period you have already paid for; it applies from the next renewal onwards.

We email you before a new price takes effect. If you do not accept it, cancel before the renewal date — you will keep using the service until the end of the current period.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, failures at third-party data sources or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.

If an interruption attributable to us lasts longer than twenty-four hours, on request we will either extend your subscription by the affected time or refund the corresponding amount.

The scope and limits of our liability are set out in the Terms of Service; this agreement does not replace those terms, it adds to them.

The Privacy Policy explains why the personal data processed for your subscription — name, email address, city, Turkish ID number, the last four digits of your card and payment records — is processed, who it is shared with and how long it is kept.

This data is processed to perform the contract and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations under Article 5 of Law No. 6698, and is shared with the payment institution iyzico.

Disputes arising from this agreement fall to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts according to the monetary thresholds in force, which are redetermined each year.

This agreement is concluded when you tick the confirmation box at checkout and complete payment, and is stored electronically. A copy is emailed to you and remains available in your dashboard.

Changes to this agreement do not affect a subscription already running; they apply only to agreements concluded after the change.
