Please read these Terms carefully before using Cyduck. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cyduck.
This page explains, in plain English, what happens when you cancel a Cyduck subscription. The full legal text is the Distance Sales Agreement; if the two ever conflict, the agreement prevails.
Cancel whenever you like — no reason asked, no penalty charged, and the days you did not use are refunded to your card within 15 days.
Delivery
A Cyduck subscription is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, there is no carrier, and no delivery fee is charged.
- When: the moment your payment is approved, activation is immediate. There is no waiting period.
- Where: to your Cyduck account. Sign in at
dashboard.cyduck.comwith the same email and the paid features are on. - Family plan: five seats are added to your account after payment; you send the invite links to whoever you choose.
- If it does not open: if your card was charged but the subscription did not activate, write to [email protected]. Within seven days at the latest we will either activate it or refund the payment.
How to Cancel
Two ways, same result:
- In the dashboard: Subscription → End subscription. One click. You are not asked for a reason; you may give one if you want.
- By email: write to [email protected] from your account's email address.
No phone call, no form, no retention agent. We act on the request within seven days at the latest.
How Much You Get Back
You get back the part of your payment that covers days you did not use:

No deductions: no processing fee, no penalty, no "usage charge". The day your request reaches us counts as used.
When the Money Arrives
We start the refund within fifteen days of the termination taking effect — that is the deadline the Subscription Contracts Regulation sets for us; in practice we are usually much faster.
The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through iyzico. How quickly your bank posts it is outside our control; it usually takes a few business days.
What Happens After You Cancel
- Access: paid features close when the cancellation is processed — because we are refunding you for the remaining days.
- Your data: nothing is deleted. The accounts you added, your scan history and your score history all stay.
- Your account: returns to the free plan and keeps working within the free plan's limits.
- Coming back: subscribe again whenever you like; your data will be waiting.

Why There Is No 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation excludes services performed instantly in an electronic environment from the 14-day right of withdrawal. A Cyduck subscription opens immediately after payment, so it falls under that exception.
In practice this costs you nothing: you already have a broader right — not limited to 14 days, you can cancel at any point in the subscription and get the remaining days back.
If Your Payment Fails
If a renewal charge fails, your subscription does not close immediately. We email you, allow seven days and try three more times during that window.
If it still fails, your account returns to the free plan. This is not a penalty and none of your data is deleted.
If Something Goes Wrong
If a refund is late, the amount looks wrong, or a cancellation was not processed, write to [email protected] first — we reply within three business days at the latest.
